Chess for Beginners
Teaches game structure, terms, essential strategies, tricks and traps, openings, end games, position and game analysis, problem-solving and more.  Free introductory class on Jan. 18.
Cost:  $198 for 9 weeks
Wednesdays, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Rock… Paper… Scissors…
Children ages 7-10 create characters and scenes, then use stop motion technology, video cameras, lap-top computers to bring it all to life.  
Cost: $150 for 6 week
Tuesdays, 2:45 – 3:45 p.m.,
Session 2: April 17 – May 22

Music Video Production
Children ages 9-13 write their own music and lyrics, then grab a seat in the Director’s Chair and direct their own music videos!
Cost: $150 for 6 weeks

Claymation
Artists ages 9-13 construct characters and scenes then use cutting edge technology to bring it all to life in a stop motion film.
Cost: $150 for 6 weeks*

Say Cheese Story Book Production
Budding authors ages 6-9 storyboard ideas, take, import and edit pictures using the latest Apple technology and then layout and produce a professionally published book.
Cost: $150 for 6 weeks*

Robotics Scientists
Children ages 7-12 learn engineering skills using LEGO bricks, computer programming and robotics. Introductory class Jan. 30 ($15 fee is applicable to program registration).
Cost: $195 $25 materials fee
Mondays, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

April 16, 23, 30 (8 weeks)

Sha’ar  (grades Pre-K-2)
Children learn about and experience the richness of Jewish traditions, Shabbat, mitzvot, blessings and holidays through art projects, cooking, stories and music.  
Cost: $176
Sundays: Jan. 22, Feb. 4, 26, March 4, 18, April 1, 22 and May 6
9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

Woodcrafts with Miss Woody
Master woodworker Valerie Bell teaches children ages 4-12 basic skills such as sanding, wood preparation, painting, embellishment, nailing, staining and tools.
Cost: $154 for session 1; $132 for session 2
Mondays, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Session 1:  7 weeks*, Jan. 23 – March 12
*No class February 20
Session 2:  6 weeks, April 16 – May 21
