Mondays, 10:30 am -12:00 pm Session I: January 23, 30, February 6, 13 Session II: February 27, March 6, 13, 20 Afraid you are losing your “edge”? Pick up some fun, interactive, and challenging memory enhancement strategies that will help you feel more empowered and sharp. See how your own learning style affects the kinds of techniques that will work for you. At this brain gym, you will work out with a series of whole brain workout exercises, focusing on different aspects of memory. These exercises can help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the way your brain works. This course focuses on the age-old concepts of disciplined memory and memory retention techniques. Barbara Klau holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has worked with adults of all ages for more than 20 years. She developed an interest in memory retention techniques and has developed courses and workshops which she teaches in numerous venues in Connecticut and Florida, particularly to help those with normal age- associated memory issues. 4-week session: $80, A&L Gold Members: $65, A&L Platinum Members: $50
