Summer Camp

Intro

For more than 20 years, the Levis JCC has been the place to be for unforgettable summers for children ages 2-14. With a range of exciting activities, enticing electives and convenient 2 week sessions available, making friends, gaining independence, enjoying exciting new experiences and challenges has never been more fun!

Early Childhood Camp >

Each day is action-packed with a variety of activities perfectly tailored for children ages 2 – 4. Campers thrive in this warm, nurturing environment with low camper-to-staff ratios and personal attention. Summertime fun is infused with learning and friendship.

Upper Camp (K-9th grade) >

Every day, camp offers up summer fun with classic activities such as archery, swimming, tennis, crafts and field trips, as well as innovative opportunities – where else can you experience a real flying trapeze?! Older campers choose from a variety of electives creating a unique and special summer.

Teen Travel >

Exciting trips both near and far entertain adventurous teens, enabling them to bond over shared experiences. As they make new friends and discover new places, Teen Travelers learn about being independent – all while having the time of their lives.

CIT Program (10th grade)

Young adults – often former campers who just can’t stay away – join the CIT program to lend a hand to counselors while gaining important leadership training and experience. Under the supervision of experienced staff, CITs work directly with children and balance work responsibilities with lots of summer fun.

Camp Kavod >

This 8-week summer program embraces campers with a wide range of disabilities, recognizing each child's potential in all areas. A variety of typical camp activities are designed to enhance social, motor, language and other life skills that promote greater independence. Campers have fun while acquiring vital life skills.

Staff >

Enthusiastic, energetic, caring, committed and carefully screened counselors take great care of campers, while our specialists share their expertise in art, cooking, music, sports and science, making each day an adventure. A Registered Nurse is on staff at all times to ensure campers’ safety.

Our Hats off to Marleen Forkas

Marleen Forkas, known for her generous support of many community organizations, recently made a donation to the Levis JCC camp programs. The newly-named Levis JCC Marleen Forkas Camps provide children in our community with meaningful and enriching experiences.

Teen Travel

Teens hit the road minus mom and dad and head for destinations near and far. Whether stateside or on the high seas, our teens travel in style. Hop on the bus—next stop: adventure!
