Youth and Family

Intro

Throughout the year, families get together at the Levis JCC to enjoy both Jewish traditions and fun-filled family-oriented programming. Special events such as a Princess Ball, family camping trip and holiday celebrations make the Levis JCC the place for families to be.
Crafts, digital photography, robotics…whatever your child’s passion, we have you covered for afternoons full of fun and friendship!  Various classes are available for children in kindergarten – 8th grade.
When school is out, camp is in! Children enjoy exciting camp activities when school is not in session. Camp is held on most Palm Beach and several Broward County no-school days.
Levis JCC knows how to throw a party! Themed birthday packages are available for girls and boys ages 3 and up. Party with the J for the best birthday ever!
After school or on weekends -- kids just want to have fun! This indoor play center features a three level play structure, rock climbing wall, WiiFit, WiiSports and Xerdance. Children are supervised by trained staff. Monthly memberships available.
Children from pre-k to second grade are invited to learn about Jewish traditions, Shabbat, mitzvot, blessings and holidays through art, cooking stories, and music!
Young Jewish athletes try out for basketball, soccer, tennis and swimming, while area teens talented in culinary arts, rock music, photography, broadcast journalism, acting/improv, visual arts and vocal music audition for a place on Team Boca.  Participants compete as part of the annual JCC Maccabi Games in locations across North America each summer.
BBYO
Teens grades 8 – 12 are immersed in Jewish life through community service projects, leadership development programs and social, political, athletic, spiritual and cultural activities.
American Red Cross Babysitting Training Course
Learn first-aid, CPR, diaper changing, what to do in an emergency situation, how to diffuse conflict and how to be a leader – all that’s needed to be a truly great babysitter.
This Jewish educational outreach initiative provides opportunities for individuals and families to engage and be inspired. JWW programs can be customized to meet your needs. The programs are designed to be convenient, personal, and user-friendly.
