Ab Blast
Upstairs in the Fitness Center – 15 minutes of various abdominal exercises.


20/20/20
20 minutes each of cardiovascular, strength training and body sculpting/toning exercises with weights, followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work. Intermediate/advances fitness levels.


Back to Basics Weight Training
Learn the fundamentals of weight training which will allow you to work on proper form, alignment and technique to improve muscle strength, balance and coordination.


Body Blast
Upstairs in the Fitness Center – 15 minutes of various strength and toning exercises.


BOSU Bound
A cardio/strength training class that tests flexibility, balance and coordination, improves muscle tone, abdominal and back strength and increases endurance. Advanced fitness levels. 


Cardio Challenge
Cardiovascular exercise combined with body sculpting and abdominal exercises utilizing the Bosu and other pieces of resistance training equipment. Advances fitness levels. 


Cardio Kick Bootcamp
Interval training coupled with boxing movements, circuit routines and plyometrics. Intermediate and advanced fitness levels. 


Core and More
Alternating cardiovascular and core conditioning exercises using the stability ball, Bosu, bands and medicine balls.  Increase endurance, improve coordination, flexibility with this head-to-toe workout.  All fitness levels. 


Cardio Kickboxing
High intensity cardiovascular exercises and boxing moves such as jabs, cross punches and kicks. Increase muscular endurance, balance, agility, flexibility and reflex response. Intermediate and advanced fitness levels.


Fit Mamas*
This workout program for moms of any age offers high intensity interval workouts along with before and after fitness assessments, coaching and support.  Sign up required.


Krav Maga
Developed by the Israeli Army, a popular self-defense and fitness system all in one!  Krav Maga is practical, easy-to-learn and teaches strength, endurance and coordination. Sign up required.
 

Fun with Fitness*
This fitness class for children ages 8-12 combines cardio circuits and interval training using equipment in the Group Exercise Studio and Fitness Center.


Hatha Yoga
Relaxing and invigorating at the same time, class features hatha yoga postures, proper breathing techniques and stretching to help relieve stress and clear the mind. Room is cool; please dress accordingly! All fitness levels.


Les Mills – BODY PUMP®
A one hour toning and conditioning class with weights and barbells choreographed to specific music and strength training routines. All fitness levels.


Light-N-Lively
A 30 minute low impact aerobic class, which is perfect for people wanting a light but energetic workout. All fitness levels.


Mish Mash
One class combining cardiovascular exercise with body toning exercises while incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi into the workout, making this a total body workout.



Mom & Tot Yoga:
Moms and their children have fun learning breathing techniques and kid-friendly yoga moves such as “barking in downward dog,” “meowing in cat pose” and walking like tall giraffes. Class ends with a guided relaxation journey! For ages 2 - 4 years. Class is held at the Sandler Center.


New Body/New Baby Yoga: 
An opportunity for moms to regain strength and flexibility, bond with their new babies and connect with other moms in a loving and safe environment. For moms and children at least 6 weeks old. Class is held at the Sandler Center.


Pilatesculpt
Body sculpting/toning exercises utilizing Pilates-based movements with the added assistance of fitness equipment.


SilverSneakers I®
Muscular Strength and Range of Movement

Increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity using hand weights, elastic tubing and a ball resistance . A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class limited to 30 participants. Sign up required.


SilverSneakers II®
Cardio Circuit

This standing circuit workout uses hand weights, elastic tubing and a ball, alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. Class is held at the Sandler Center and limited to 30 participants.


SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch
A variety of safe yoga postures and breathing exercises. Using a chair for support, participants work at their own pace to build flexibility and endurance while learning to relax and think more clearly. Class limited to 30 participants.

 
Spinning
Intense cardiovascular workout utilizing the Johnny G. Spinner stationary bicycle. Run, jump, climb hills and sprint. Please bring a towel and water bottle. Intermediate and advanced fitness levels. 17 bike limit; sign up required; call (561) 852-3201 to reserve.

Top Gun Bootcamp*
Running, plyometrics, pushups, pull-ups, sprints, intervals all rolled into one hard core class. Sign up required. 


“X” Box
This challenging workout is a “true boxing” atmosphere with speed drills, weighted punching bags and gloves.  Advanced fitness levels. 


Young at Heart
A slower paced muscle toning workout, this workout will improve strength, endurance and overall flexibility. All fitness levels. 


Yoga Fusion
This combination of various styles of yoga features gentle postures, stretches, balancing positions, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices offers improved agility, flexibility, vitality and clarity of awareness. Room is cool; please dress accordingly! All fitness levels. 


YogaLaTai
A unique combination of yoga, pilates and tai chi into one mind/body experience using the power of music and instruction to guide you through this fascinating and uplifting mind/body class. Intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

Yoga with Nancy
Look and feel great inside and out -- lose weight just by breathing, build muscles just by sitting, tone your body while lying down. All levels welcome.
Zumba
This 60 minute cardiovascular dance aerobic class will have you doing the mambo, cha cha and salsa in no time to a funky latin beat. Intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
