Uncle Philip’s Coat

  • Saturday, February 25, 7:30 pm
  • Sunday February 26, 2:00 pm

There is more than meets the eye with Uncle Philip’s coat. This special coat has a very unusual history —it literally saves Philips life, and in turn, becomes a metaphor for man’s road to self-realization. Though a seemingly worthless garment, the threads of the coat hold together family stories and journeys of the human spirit. The coat everyone in this family once wanted to destroy becomes a precious artifact…the coat of dreamers. Winner, Best Production of a play in the 2015 United Solo Theater Festival in New York.
