Experienced group leaders provide a warm and welcoming year-round social program for adults functioning at a high level of independence. Participants attend sporting events, bowling, theater, festivals, movies, picnics, restaurants, museums, concerts, participate in community service projects and can attend a weekend trip to a popular Florida destination—and much more!
Sundays, September 18 - May 21, 3-4 hours (varies depending upon activity)

Yoga for Teens and Adults
Therapeutic yoga class open to teens and adults who are able to participate independently. Instructor focuses on relaxation and calming techniques.
8 Wednesdays, September 21 - November 30, 5:30 - 6:15 pm
8 Wednesdays, January 18 - March 8, 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Ages 16+. Adults learn about fitness equipment, exercising at their own pace and meeting new friends. Offered three times each year.
8 Thursdays, September 22 - November 10, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
12 Tuesdays, 12 Thursdays, January 14 - March 31, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
6 Thursdays, June 15 - July 20
Women ages 16+. Innovative self-defense, safety and self-awareness program for teenage girls and women. Participants will learn useful and realistic self-defense skills as well as social and emotional skills necessary to assert themselves in social situations. They will also learn how to make good choices about personal safety and much more!
8 classes, Thursdays, September 22 - November 10, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
24 classes, Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 17 - April 6, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
