Welcome to Levis JCC Zale Early Childhood Learning Center! Please review the important information about registration for the 2026-27 school year to ensure you are ready for open registration! We anticipate many of our classes filling to capacity and want to make sure you feel comfortable with the entire registration process. Registrations will be accepted online only in order of receipt.
- Current Zale families will receive an email with the link to register.
- New to Zale families need to set up an account following the steps below which will be approved prior to New Family Enrollment.
- Familiarize yourself with class options by reviewing the Levis JCC Zale 26-27 Preschool Programs Rate and Information Sheet. We are happy to answer any questions about which class is the right one for your child. Please call the school prior to registering and speak with our Administration Admissions Team to ensure proper placement.

Current Zale Families:
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open for Zale families on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 10:00 am. You will receive an email link to priority register and your login is the email associated with your account.
New Families:
New Family Registration opens December 15, 2025 at 10:00 am. To register for any Zale programs, you must first click on the link below and complete the Pre-Registration Inquiry. Pre-registration is only required if it has not been completed previously. This is necessary to create your account in Procare so you can register, and for us to check availability in the program for which you are inquiring. Please include your child's date of birth when completing this process. IF we have space, we will release you from the Pre-Registration queue and you will receive a link to register. If you do not receive a release email within 5 business days, the program may be full. Please email zaleregistration@levisjcc.org if you have any questions.

Registrations will be accepted in order of receipt. You will receive an automated confirmation email when your registration has been received with the program choice you selected.
PLEASE NOTE: Your child will not be fully registered UNTIL you have paid the required non-refundable registration ($275) and non-refundable deposit ($600) via credit card during the registration process AND sign and return the Registration Agreement and Arrangement for Payment (Adobe PDF) within two business days. It will be emailed to you after you complete the online registration as part of an enrollment confirmation e-mail from zaleregistration@levisjcc.org. You will be moved to the waitlist if this document is not returned within two business days.
Financial Assistance
Levis JCC Zale Early Childhood Learning Center is pleased to offer a limited amount of financial assistance. Please be aware that funds are limited and distributed to those who demonstrate the greatest need.
To apply for financial assistance, you must first complete the online registration process as directed above. Financial assistance applications are processed by an outside company (FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment) and then reviewed by the Levis JCC Financial Assistance Committee. Families applying for financial assistance will need to pay the FACTS $45 fee and submit the necessary supporting documentation directly to FACTS.
Applicants are responsible for and MUST apply online directly with FACTS starting January 2, 2026. In the event the financial assistance award is insufficient, your deposit of $600 will be refunded after submitting a refund and program withdrawal request in writing within the designated time frame.

Additional Information
- Registration available online only - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Immunization Policy: All Zale children must have immunizations as specified by the Department of Health. No religious exemptions accepted.
- All children are required to have current Florida Certification of Immunization (DH680) and page 1 and 2 of the State of Florida School Entry Health Exam (DH3040) completed by the child’s local board-certified pediatrician (pediatric offices in Palm Beach or Broward counties) prior to the beginning of school. No child will be permitted to attend school (or remain in school when expired) without these health forms.*
- Non-Refundable $875 due at registration by credit card only: includes Non-Refundable $275 Registration Fee and Non-Refundable $600 Deposit which is applied to your tuition.
- 10 Tuition installment payments will be charged on the first business day of the month June, 2026 through March 2027. Payable by bank draft (EFT) or credit card. The number of tuition installments will be adjusted if enrollment is after June, 2026.
- A 3.0% credit card fee will be applied to your 10 installments if you choose to pay your tuition installment payments via credit card instead of bank draft (EFT).
- Late/Declined payment fee of $25 per incident.
- Pay In Full option is due at Zale on May 15, 2026. If your Pay in Full payment is not received by May 15, 2026, your first installment will automatically be charged to the credit card on file from your Arrangement for Payment/Registration Agreement.
- If electing the Pay In Full option and enrolling in a Pre-K program, your VPK voucher must be turned in to the school prior to submitting payment by 5/15/26
- Non-Refundable Security Fee of $400 per family will be included with your first tuition payment.
