Levis JCC Zale Early Childhood is pleased to offer a limited amount of financial assistance. Please be aware that funds are limited and distributed to those who demonstrate the greatest need.

Application Process

To apply for financial assistance, you must first complete the online registration process which includes paying the required Non-refundable Registration Fee ($250) and Non-refundable Deposit ($500). In addition, a completed Registration Agreement/Arrangement for Payment must be submitted within 2 business days to complete your registration in order for an application to be considered. Financial Assistance applicants can apply online at FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. Given the limited availability of scholarships, we encourage families to submit their applications promptly according to the timelines and time frames listed on the right.

Financial assistance applications are processed by an outside company (FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment). Families applying for financial assistance will need to pay the FACTS $45 fee and submit the necessary supporting documentation directly to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

The Levis JCC considers the FACTS recommendation in addition to overall need and our overall financial assistance budget when determining awards. All financial assistance requests are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Discussion of financial assistance status may result in revocation of financial assistance award.

  • Upon receiving your Financial Assistance Award letter, you have two business days to accept or withdraw your child from the program. If we do not receive a response, your child will remain enrolled in the program and you will be billed at the published tuition rate.
  • If the financial assistance award is insufficient, you may request a refund of your $500 deposit by submitting a written refund and program withdrawal request within the specified time frame. The $250 registration fee per child is non-refundable and will be retained.
  • Your account must be current in order to apply for Financial Assistance.
  • Only Sibling and Paid in Full discounts can be combined with Financial Assistance awards.
  • “Separation” classes are not eligible for Financial Assistance.
Applicants are responsible for and MUST apply online directly with FACTS starting January 2, 2025 within the time frames listed in the right column.

  • 2025-26 Registration Opens for Zale Families
    December 6, 2024
  • 2025-26 Registration Opens for New Families
    December 13, 2024
  • FACTS Financial Assistance Application for 2025/26
    opens January 2, 2025
  • Deadline for Financial Assistance Application & Supporting Docs
    January 15, 2025
  • Families registering after January 15, 2025 - Due within two weeks of registration
  • Financial Assistance applications after deadline above are considered on funds available basis. 

Required Documentation

The following documentation is required to send to FACTS in order to complete the application process: 

  • Last 3 months of personal and business (if applicable) bank statements for both parents
  • 2023 Individual and Business tax returns, along with all supporting schedules
  • 2023 W-2 form(s) and/or 1099 form(s)
  • If application is submitted after April 15, 2025, your 2024 Income Tax Return, W-2 Forms and/or 1099’s will be required.
Supporting documentation can be uploaded by logging into your online FACTS account.
