After School Youth Conditioning Program

Kids ages 8-13 work with our certified instructors and learn to use cardio and strength equipment in this well-balanced mix of fun-filled activities designed to improve physical health and mental well-being. Program teaches and provides Boot Camp, Cardio Circuit, Kickboxing, Core Strength, Cross Training, Strength Training, Flexibility, Yoga and Spinning. Held in the Fitness Center; open to the community.

Perseverance Basketball strives to teach the game of basketball using a unique instructional style, with age appropriate curriculum. Our Youth League utilizes a particular set of “Perseverance in-game rules” that are used to encourage competitiveness, skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork and fun!

Villari's Martial Arts at the J

Combines Shaolin Kung Fu, Kempo, Karate, and parts of several other disciplines including Western Boxing, Jujutsu, and Chin Na. The benefits of martial arts training include focus, discipline, respect, confidence, self-defense, empowerment, self-esteem, conflict resolution, self-control, anti-bullying, flexibility, health and fitness. Master instructor Mark Pearson is a 9th degree black belt with over 35 years of experience.
