Presented by Janet Elinoff, Levis JCC Board Member
and Chair of the LWV Speakers Bureau

Tuesday, October 15, 3:00 pm
There are six statewide constitutional amendments on the November ballot in Florida. This presentation provides a summary for each amendment, an analysis of each amendment, including the impact of a yes or no vote, organizations that support or oppose the amendment, and the League’s specific position.

The League of Women Voters is nonpartisan. It does not support or oppose any political party or any candidate. It does take a position on some of the amendment proposals. The Speakers Bureau educates citizens on state and local issues including ballot amendments, legislative session updates, health care, gun laws, environmental and water issues, redistricting, election laws, and local government topics of interest.
