This free (for participants enrolled with qualifying insurance companies) Sports & Wellness Center membership offers access to conditioning classes, exercise equipment, steam, sauna and other amenities which allows active adults to take greater control of their health.

Tivity SilverSneakers™ remains available to our members who are Medicare eligible through their health insurance (i.e. Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, etc.) Levis JCC Membership can confirm eligibility, if requested.

Boom Cycle

A 30-minute spining class for active adults and beginners. Cardiovascular training that improves leg strength and endurance. Great as an introduction to Spinning. Bring a towel and water bottle.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music with exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living skills. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. All fitness levels.

Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch

A safe and recuperative total body stretch class. Work at your own pace to build flexibility. All fitness levels.

Light & Lively - Boom Muscle

Low impact cardio mixed with strength, balance and flexibility training. Intermediate senior fitness level.

Light & Lively - Boom Move

Low impact cardio dance moves. Balance and core training. Intermediate senior fitness level.
