Body sculpting/toning exercises utilizing Pilates based movements with the added assistance of fitness equipment. Pilates: Concentrating on building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance and posture, along with increasing stamina. All Pilates movements are initiated by muscles in the abdominal area (known as the Powerhouse) and are designed to work the smaller muscles that support the larger ones, by stretching and lengthening the entire muscular package. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.
