20/20/20

20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, 20 minutes of strength training and body sculpting/toning exercises with weights and multiple repetitions, followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work, balance and core. All fitness Levels.

Abs and Total Body Stretch

Get a start to your morning workout with this 30 minute abdominal and full body session. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 - 9:00 am in the Fitness Center.

Barre*

A one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. The moves are low impact with high intensity intervals of strength training followed by abdominal exercises and stretching. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. ON-LINE SIGN UP REQUIRED. Non-Members $15

Beyond Barre*

Same as Barre with the addition of bands, balls and light hand weights giving you a higher intensity workout. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. ON-LINE SIGN UP REQUIRED. Non-Members $15

Body Blast

A one hour toning and conditioning class with weights and barbells along with specific music and strength training routines. All fitness levels.

Brazilian Booty Blast

Once the various music rhythms take over, you will forget that you are exercising. A total body workout combining elements of low and high intensity moves, including free weights, ball and the barre. Experience the workout that will lean and shape your body while having a good time! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

Cardio Barre*

This 60 minute class is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines BARRE work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. ON-LINE SIGN UP REQUIRED. Non-Members $15

Glutes & Guts

Just like it sounds!! This class follows our H.I.I.T. class. 15 minutes of high intensity gluteal (buttocks) and abdominal exercises creating that total core and more package. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

A 45 minute high intensity cardiovascular exercise routine, using quick bursts of high (anaerobic) cardiovascular exercise, combined with lower intensity moves creating a higher calorie burn throughout your entire day. Great for the individual looking for that quick and intense workout! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga

Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. 90 minutes of hatha yoga postures, proper breathing techniques and stretching exercises to help relieve stress and clear your mind. Please take advantage of these wonderful classes! Room is cool – please dress accordingly! All fitness levels.

Light-N-Lively

A 30 minute low impact aerobic class, which is perfect for people wanting a light but energetic workout. Get a good workout at your own pace! All fitness levels.

Pilatesculpt

Body sculpting/toning exercises utilizing Pilates based movements with the added assistance of fitness equipment. Pilates: Concentrating on building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance and posture, along with increasing stamina. All Pilates movements are initiated by muscles in the abdominal area (known as the Powerhouse) and are designed to work the smaller muscles that support the larger ones, by stretching and lengthening the entire muscular package. All fitness levels.

SilverSneakers I® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class limited to 30 participants. All fitness levels.

SilverSneakers® – Yoga Stretch

This program is designed to physically and mentally engage you with a variety of safe and recuperative yoga postures, breathing exercises and overall body stretching. Using a chair for support, participants work at their own pace to build flexibility and develop endurance while learning to relax and think more clearly. Class limited to 30 participants. All fitness levels.

Spinning**

A 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout utilizing the Johnny G. Spinner stationary bicycle. This workout is guaranteed to challenge your heart rate, as you run, jump, climb hills and sprint your way into a new of form exercise. Please bring a towel and water bottle. 17 bike limit! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. ON-LINE SIGN UP IS REQUIRED.

Super Sculpt

A one hour body sculpting experience using various types of equipment to tone the body from head-to-toe. All fitness levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way” Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous “Flow”. All fitness levels.

Yin Yoga

A passive practice wherein poses are done mainly on the floor. These postures are held for a longer period of time enabling the muscles to soften; providing access to ligaments, fascia and connective tissue of the body. A peaceful practice of Yin is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and deeper relaxation helping to promote meditation and teaches you how to listen to the messages your body is sending. All fitness levels.

YogaLaTai

A unique way of combining Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi into one huge mind/body experience. Not the traditional Hatha Yoga class. The instructor utilizes the power of music and instruction to guide you through this fascinating and uplifting mind/body class. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

Young at Heart

A slower paced muscle toning workout geared toward the active adult and/or the beginner exerciser (also recommended for pre and post-partum participants). This workout will improve strength, endurance and overall flexibility. All fitness levels.

Zumba

This 60 minute cardiovascular dance aerobic class will have you doing the mambo, cha cha and salsa in no time. You will Zumba your way into new dimensions of aerobics all of which are spiced up by a funky Latin beat. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
