Abs and Total Body Stretch
Get a start to your morning workout with this 30 minute abdominal and full body session. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 - 9:00 am in the Fitness Center.

Once the various music rhythms take over, you will forget that you are exercising. A total body workout combining elements of low and high intensity moves, including free weights, ball and the barre. This 60 minute class is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines BARRE work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. Glutes & Guts
Just like it sounds!! This class follows our H.I.I.T. class. 15 minutes of high intensity gluteal (buttocks) and abdominal exercises creating that total core and more package. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
A 45 minute high intensity cardiovascular exercise routine, using quick bursts of high (anaerobic) cardiovascular exercise, combined with lower intensity moves creating a higher calorie burn throughout your entire day. Great for the individual looking for that quick and intense workout! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. 90 minutes of hatha yoga postures, proper breathing techniques and stretching exercises to help relieve stress and clear your mind. Please take advantage of these wonderful classes! Room is cool – please dress accordingly! All fitness levels.
