Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class limited to 30 participants. All fitness levels.

This program is designed to physically and mentally engage you with a variety of safe and fun yoga postures and breathing exercises. 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout utilizing the Johnny G. Spinner stationary bicycle. This workout is guaranteed to challenge your heart rate, as you run, jump, climb hills and sprint your way into a new of form exercise. Please bring a towel and water bottle. 17 bike limit! A slower paced muscle toning workout geared toward the older adult and/or the beginner exerciser (also recommended for pre and post-partum participants). This workout will improve strength, endurance and overall flexibility. All fitness levels.
