A muscle strength class with cardio components to get a full body strength workout. All fitness levels.

Senior Fitness (Silver Sneakers)

Low intensity cardio and strength class to improve balance, core, muscle strength and range of motion.

Spinning

A 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout guaranteed to challenge your heart rate, as you run, jump, climb hills and sprint your way into a new level of physical fitness. Bring a towel and water bottle. 9 bike limit! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. ON-LINE SIGN UP IS REQUIRED at levisjcc.org/register.

Super Sculpt

A one hour body sculpting experience using various types of equipment to tone the body from head-to-toe. All fitness levels.

Barre and Pilates

Combining Pilates, Yoga, and Ballet methods, that incorporate small isolated movements, large range of motion exercises and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

Total Body Stretch

All exercise and daily life activities can be performed better when your body is limber and flexible. This mat based, guided class emphasizes everyone’s "stress zones" such as the neck, shoulders, hips and the entire back! This series of movements help the whole body to lengthen and loosen-up as the stretches release the tension your body holds. You will leave this class with a “stretch glow” that will last all day! For all members comfortable with being on a mat on the floor.

Yoga

This class links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way” Yoga aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous “Flow” of movement. All fitness levels.

Zumba

This 60 minute cardiovascular dance aerobic class will have you doing the mambo, cha cha and salsa in no time. You will Zumba your way into new dimensions of aerobics all of which are spiced up by a funky Latin beat. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
