20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, 20 minutes of strength training and body sculpting/toning exercises with weights and multiple repetitions, followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work, balance and core. All fitness Levels.
A one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. The moves are low impact with high intensity intervals of strength training followed by abdominal exercises and stretching. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
A one hour toning and conditioning class with weights and barbells along with specific muscle strength training routines. All fitness levels.
A 30 minute introduction to spinning for older active adults. This class kick starts your cardiovascular training and improves leg strength and endurance. Intermediate/Advanced Older Adults comfortable with riding a stationary bike. Bring a Towel and Water Bottle.
H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
A high intensity cardiovascular exercise routine, using quick bursts of high (anaerobic) cardiovascular exercise, combined with lower intensity moves creating a higher calorie burn throughout your entire day. Great for the individual looking for an intense workout! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. 90 minutes of hatha yoga postures, proper breathing techniques and stretching exercises to help relieve stress and clear your mind. Please take advantage of these wonderful classes! Room is cool - please dress accordingly. All fitness levels.

Total Body Stretch
All exercise and daily life activities can be performed better when your body is limber and flexible. This mat based, guided class emphasizes everyone’s "stress zones" such as the neck, shoulders, hips and the entire back! This series of movements help the whole body to lengthen and loosen-up as the stretches release the tension your body holds. You will leave this class with a “stretch glow” that will last all day! For all members comfortable with being on a mat on the floor.
Is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way” Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous “Flow” of movement. All fitness levels.
A passive practice wherein poses are done mainly on the floor. These postures are held for a longer period of time enabling the muscles to soften; providing access to ligaments, fascia and connective tissue of the body. A peaceful practice of Yin is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and deeper relaxation helping to promote meditation and teaches you how to listen to the messages your body is sending. This 60 minute cardiovascular dance aerobic class will have you doing the mambo, cha cha and salsa in no time. You will Zumba your way into new dimensions of aerobics all of which are spiced up by a funky Latin beat. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
