20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, 20 minutes of strength training and body sculpting/toning exercises with weights and multiple repetitions, followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work, balance and core. All fitness Levels.


A one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. The moves are low impact with high intensity intervals of strength training followed by abdominal exercises and stretching. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels. Beyond Barre

Body Blast

A one hour toning and conditioning class with weights and barbells along with specific muscle strength training routines. All fitness levels.

Cycle Pump

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

A high intensity cardiovascular exercise routine, using quick bursts of high (anaerobic) cardiovascular exercise, combined with lower intensity moves creating a higher calorie burn throughout your entire day. Great for the individual looking for an intense workout! Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga

Relaxing and invigorating at the same time. 90 minutes of hatha yoga postures, proper breathing techniques and stretching exercises to help relieve stress and clear your mind. Please take advantage of these wonderful classes! ROOM IS COOL – PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY! All fitness levels.


A 30 minute low impact aerobic class, which is perfect for people wanting to work at their own pace in a light but energetic STANDING workout. Immediately followed by – YOUNG AT HEART. All fitness levels.

Light-N-Lively Intervals

Cardio meets Toning in an ACTION PACKED class! Low impact aerobics intervals mixed with toning intervals with equipment. Change up the equipment every new interval. Keeps you moving and toning. Great intermediate class.


An extreme exercise regimen using cross training and periodization to develop total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast.


Body sculpting/toning exercises utilizing Pilates based movements with the added assistance of fitness equipment. Pilates is: Concentrating on building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, balance and posture, along with increasing stamina. All Pilates movements are initiated by muscles in the abdominal area (known as the Powerhouse) and are designed to work the smaller muscles that support the larger ones, by stretching and lengthening the entire muscular package. Silver Cycle

A 30 minute introduction to spinning for older active adults. This class kick starts your cardiovascular training and improves leg strength and endurance. 17 bike limit! SilverSneakers® I – Muscular Strength and Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, balance and activities for daily living skills. A large variety of equipment is used to provide resistance including hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a “sure grip” ball, small bands, magic circles and much more! A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. All fitness levels.

SilverSneakers® II – Chair Yoga Stretch

This therapeutic program is designed to physically and mentally engage you with a variety of safe and recuperative total body stretching using many yoga postures and a UNIQUE TWO CHAIR CONCEPT. Participants will experience an “on the floor LIKE” stretch workout. Work at your own pace to build flexibility while learning how to relax and be more in tune with your body. Walk away with an all-day “stretch glow”. Class limited to 20 participants. Be sure to pick up a ticket from the Welcome Center Desk to reserve your spot. All fitness levels.


A 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout utilizing the Johnny G. Spinner/Star Trac stationary bicycle. This workout is guaranteed to challenge your heart rate, as you run, jump, climb hills and sprint your way into a new level of physical fitness. Bring a towel and water bottle. 17 bike limit! Strong by Zumba

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every squat, lunge and burpee you do. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.

Super Sculpt

A one hour body sculpting experience using various types of equipment to tone the body from head-to-toe. All fitness levels.

Total Body Stretch

All exercise and daily life activities can be performed better when your body is limber and flexible. This mat based, guided class emphasizes everyone’s "stress zones" such as the neck, shoulders, hips and the entire back! This series of movements help the whole body to lengthen and loosen-up as the stretches release the tension your body holds. You will leave this class with a “stretch glow” that will last all day! For all members comfortable with being on a mat on the floor.

Vinyasa Yoga

Is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way” Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous “Flow” of movement. All fitness levels.

Yin Yoga

A passive practice wherein poses are done mainly on the floor. These postures are held for a longer period of time enabling the muscles to soften; providing access to ligaments, fascia and connective tissue of the body. A peaceful practice of Yin is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and deeper relaxation helping to promote meditation and teaches you how to listen to the messages your body is sending. All fitness levels.


A 60 minute class using the most healing, body rejuvenating stretch poses to unwind and restore your body. All levels.

Young at Heart

This class follows LIGHT-N-LIVELY. A slower paced muscle toning workout geared toward the active adult and/or the beginner exerciser (also recommended for pre and post-partum participants). This workout will improve strength, endurance and overall flexibility. All fitness levels.


This 60 minute cardiovascular dance aerobic class will have you doing the mambo, cha cha and salsa in no time. You will Zumba your way into new dimensions of aerobics all of which are spiced up by a funky Latin beat. Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels.
