Rabbi, historian, author, co-author or editor of 11 books on American Jewish history and politics, Dalin’s writing has appeared in numerous publications. His forthcoming book, The Jewish Justices of the Supreme Court, from Brandeis to Kagan – Their Lives and Legacies, will be published by Brandeis University Press in March 2017. Dalin will explore the increasing diversity of the composition of the Supreme Court and the tradition of a “Jewish Seat” that began with the historic appointment of the first Jewish Justice, Louis D.
