Liz Sterling is known to create many “aha” moments and epiphanies in her classes. Her goal of Ask Liz is for participants to learn from the questions asked by others, so that they can gain their own insights and ultimately achieve freedom from pain and struggle. A fresh new perspective is only a question away. Liz Sterling has a Masters Degree in counseling from Hunter College. She is an author, coach, teacher, radio personality and inspirational motivational speaker
